SPECIAL NOTE: Mithraculus sculptus are easy to keep, they spend most of their time forage and scrapping rocks looking for algae as well as left of food debris. They have ~4 year life expectancy.
Natural Ecology: Mithraculus sculptus inhabit rocky reef and intertidal zones. They often are found living in and near the base of rock formations, and within crevices looking for food.Aquarium Size : PICO and Above

Feeding: Algae, (hair algae when it is NOT EXTREMELY OVERGROWN) we have found they prefer the new growth. Bubble algae is also occasionly consumed but should NOT be expected to clear out a severe case. The will also eat left over foods as well.
Aggression: NOT Aggresive; This species is docile, it will attack Mithraculus sculptus when minimal forage space is available in the aquairum.
