Pseudocheilinus hexataenia is a often housed in many aquariums. Although, they can become very aggressive as they age especially towards smaller and passive fish. When housed with the correct tank mates they are a fantatic choice as they will readily search out zoa eating nudibranch, bristle worms, and other reef pests.

Feeding: Plankton, blended Mysis shrimp, baby brine shrimp, pellet (occassionaly) and flake.
Aggression: Semi Aggresive; This species is often very passive towards Tangs and other more aggressive species. Yet, can become problematic as they age for passive and smaller fish as well as other non aggressive wrasse and SMALL gobies.
